Our Hardinge clone and standard model TML-5Cem features a threading gearbox for both English/Metric thread capabilities.

ALL models feature a standard 5HP EVS electronic direct spindle drive for smooth and quiet speeds to 3500 rpm, electronic dynamic spindle braking and reliable Yaskawa AC carriage

TML-5Cst

If Hardinge had ever moved forward to improve their legendary HLV-H toolroom lathe,

our model TML-5Cst might have just have been the result.

Our proven servo threading system features a touch screen for simple

data entry. Without the manual threading gearbox, the TML-5Cst servo threading offers a wider

range of English and Metric threads, RH and LH capability, multi-start threading, and threading

speeds up to 3000 rpm.

TML-5Cnc

Centroid CNC control with full dual manual operating capability. Conversational programming, G code, etc. Import your files via USB, Wi-Fi via the Internet or your local network.

All the industry standards present as you would expect.

What is unique is that you can operate it manually also, like you would a regular lathe: move the carriage, cross slide, engage the clutches, start the spindle.

Anyone can use it and you can do quick operations without the need of programming!
